MEET OUR FOUNDERS

Lisa Lindquist - Florida Division

Lisa grew up in the crazy town of Crookston, MN. She is made of Sugar and Spice and is all about getting it done. She is well connected and is the driving force behind the birth of Blacked Out MN Events. She lived and worked in Minnesota both at the bar and behind a desk for years before making her home in Bradenton, FL. There she opened a successful bar JAXX Sports Bar & Grill an AIRBNB property on Anna Marie Island  – Tiosapi Properties.

 

Sarah Watson - Minnesota Division

Sarah grew up on the shores of Duluth, MN. She is made of Whisky and Ice is all about bringing joy and light to the world through service. Like Lisa, she is a perfectionist when it comes to her craft which will be apparent when you see our Specialty Cocktails. With an accounting and economics background, she worked in the office setting while bartending all of her adult life, in addition to raising her son, Charlie.
